How Anyadin Handles User Data

Disclosure of User Data
Anyadin collects Personal Information and other information from you in order to but is not limited to:
-Support user authentication/security and content recommendation;

-Determine your current geographic location/language for localized content/services;

-Comply with the requirements of our publisher, library, and retail partners;

-Integrate with additional service providers for use of the Services;

Data Deletion Policy

As part of our continuing dedication to data security and customer privacy, Anyadin offers all users the opportunity to request data deletion for any data associated with their account.

To place a data deletion request please send us the details at in the following format.

Subject: Request for Data Deletion
Including this information are a must:- 
Your Name, Facebook Username/Email/Phone Number, Details of the data you want to delete, Reason for deleting data [optional].

Once data deletion is requested and account ownership is confirmed, the data deletion request enters our queue. Generally, the data is deleted within 14 calendar days of the initial request. During the deletion, process data is securely purged from Anyadin databases and servers. All related backup and log data will be deleted within 30 calendar days. Once data has been deleted it cannot be recovered.

Account Ownership Confirmation Process:

If the user is registered with a mobile number, we will send an OTP and ask some questions based on the user profile. Questions can be, Date of Birth, Last Purchased Book, Last Transaction Amount. For other cases, users need to request from the registered Email ID.


Changes in this policy will occur from time to time in response to changing legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. We will provide notice of any such changes (including when they will take effect) in accordance with the law. Your continued use of our services or products after any such updates take effect will constitute acceptance of those changes.
