Anyadin reserves the right to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting on the Anyadin Reader Application.

8. Termination

These Terms and Conditions remain effective until terminated by either you or Anyadin. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by permanently removing and/or deleting the Website from your mobile device. Your rights automatically and immediately terminate without notice from Anyadin if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions. In such an event, you must immediately log out of the Website. Upon any termination, you will immediately remove and/or delete the account and destroy any copies of the account in your possession or control.

9. Miscellaneous

a. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Anyadin relating to the Website and govern your use of the website, and completely replace any prior or contemporaneous agreements between you and Anyadin regarding the Website.
b. The failure of Anyadin to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, which will still be available to Anyadin.
c. If any court of law, having the jurisdiction or decision on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, then that provisions will be removed from the Terms and Conditions without affecting the rest of the Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Without prejudice to any other right pertaining to us under these Terms and/or law/equity, we reserve the right to take legal actions against you for any breach of these Terms.
